'Nuff Said.
I post regular later. | | |
| By popular demand of one comment, I've decided to update finally.
Okay so I'm back in Seattle, been back for about 3 weeks now, and it's so cold....sooo colllld.....haha. Yep, no more florida heat for me. At least not for now. I'm determined to go back sometime in the relatively near future. There was so much crap I didn't do. But florida was a blast, I wouldn't change my decision to go for the world, no matter how retarded my bitch-demon manager was. It was truly one of the funnest times in my life, and I'm glad it's a chapter in the book of frank now. I made great new friends who I would actually pay for an airline ticket to visit if I had a job right now (which I don't yet! ahh!); current friendships became stronger; and others, well, I just won't go there...but truly no regrets. I wish I knew how to put pics up on this site, but I don't, and I didn't take nearly enough while I was down there, but if you must take a peek into my experience, I have some on my myspace: http://www.myspace.com/thefranklinator
BUT, I'm back in Seattle now, so back to business ay?! Now, no disrespect to my floridian peeps, but being 21 for 4 whole months, without having once drank with my usual drinking buds, my friends for life, well, deep down, a part of me just felt wrong, dirty, and my dirty shower down there didn't help! haha. So suffice it to say, the first two weeks back in sea-town were pretty much non-stop partying. I was with the people who should've been at my 21st, who would've if they could, and it felt as if the final puzzle piece on frank: year 21, had been put in it's proper place. I'm not saying my 21st bday wasn't a blast, but I mean, I turned 21 like 5 days after I got to florida, so it just wasn't the same as if I had been with my seattle friends, no matter how close of friends they had become, I still had only known them for less than a week.
But enough of that, Seattle night life is the best! I mean Jellyrolls tuesdays was like my second home, and Ale house was always a blast, but even PI got tired after the 2nd month (except for the last thursday of course). Here, everything is great! I'm not quite used to paying covers again, but everything else makes up for it, (except for that shitty bartender at Tia Liu's who gave me the shittiest long island I've ever had in my life, EVER! It was like 80% sweet & sour, what the hell man?!!!) I just love how everything is so close together, you needed a car for almost everything in florida. I don't know, maybe it's just cause I've lived here my whole life that everything seems so close, but I don't care, I love it! Now if only it would get warmer....
It hasn't been all partys though, my wallet has dried up circa last week so not so much a party right now, but I am drinking tonight, yay, and tomorrow, but it's a happy hour, so whatever, and friday, but it's my friend Nai's bday, so that makes it okay. But I need a job bad, I should probably get back to applying to jobs online..............
In a few minutes I will. I just have to say, I saw it like right after I got back, so it's been a few weeks now, but KING KONG is awesome! It made me want to do movies again, which is weird, cause I watched a special with peter jackson and he said the original is why he got into movies, and I was like "yeah, okay..." but now I feel the same! However, it did change my mind on somethings, I now have a firm hatred for: the military, the press, tyranasaurus rexes, and Jack Black. haha.
Well, I think thats it for now. I hope that makes up for the 1 post for every 3 months ratio. Good day.

| HAPPY TURKEY DAY!!!
Holy hell it's been a
long time. Even the format for writing an entry is completely
different! How long has it been anyway? I think it has to
be at LEAST 5 months. thats crazy.
Well I'm here in florida. as I have been for over 3 months, I
barely have a month left! Too much has happened for me to write
about now. Like waaaay too much. most good. some shitty.
but mostly good. too bad I didn't update when I got here, I had
this whole intro update planned where I'd talk about my roommates, the
people I've met, the experience so far. but thats pretty much
blown now cuz i've lost 2 roommates, and I pretty much just can't
remember.
to sum it up, it's been fun here, I wouldn't change my mind about
coming, i've made a lot of great friends & memories (some I
remember, some I don't) (haha) but lets just say, if anyone caught the
latest new ep of family guy, where they made fun of disney, &
stewie was working (of slaving) for them, I have to wave a high salute!
it's now my favorite episode! Well, maybe I'll make a better
summary next time. which could very well be when I get back
home. I don't know...I may make another entry, but no
promises. If anyone even bothers looking at my page
anymore. haha. latah gatahs!

| I GOT IN!!! I'M OFFICIALLY ONE OF THOSE DISNEY PEOPLE!
Yep, I got my acceptance letter, & sent the $60, & I got the school verification signed. So It's official everything is in order. I feel kinda bad about the school thing though, I lied to my favorite professor, she asked "Oh but you did attend last quarter right?" - "Yes, yes I did." But I was really on my sabbatical. haha. But Josh doesn't even go to school anymore so I don't feel that bad about lying. So now I just have to prepare & buy my plane ticket, cuz I leave on the 24th of August! I can't wait. & the 24th is technically my 21st birthday. Oh whats that you say? You don't believe me? Well I guess I'll just have to tell you my theory. No, not theory, FACT:
I'm officially 21 on the 24th of August, instead of my actual birthday, (the 29th) because, since I was born, I've lived through 5 leap years (1988, 1992, 1996, 2000, & 2004) which of course is 5 extra days. Now don't give me any of that "a leap year is a year too" shit. A year is 365 days, & I've lived 5 extra days than that, so if you count 365 days 21 times from the time I was born, then you land on august 24th!!! Haha! I WIN! & 2008, my bday will be on the 23rd. Okay I'm done now....
The other night at work, things started going wrong all at once, like it was just one thing after the other, & I got really frustrated & finally just yelled really loud (which feels good by the way) & then I started laughing, for like a couple minutes, & I don't know why. hahaha! I just thought, okay "don't blow a gasket" & I just thought how ridiculous sounding that saying is. Well, theres your random frank event of the day.
FANTASTIC FOUR THIS FRIDAY!!! CAN'T WAIT!
GOING AWAY KEGGER THIS FRIDAY ALSO! DOUBLE CAN'T WAIT!!! Who's ready for some keg stands???!!! haha.
Well everybody, it's that time of the entry. The Snapple Fact.
Snapple Fact: "Swimming pools in the U.S. contain enough water to cover San Francisco"
Thats a lot of agua. Ship it to Orlando!
Latah gatahs.

The concert was awesome! They played for F-ing an hour and a half! I love when bands play that long, it's such a rip off when they only stay on for like 50 minutes. Geez they practically played ALL their songs! except quasimodo & we'll never know-I was hoping they'd play that, but I don't really care, it was still an awesome concert. I just wish it was somewhere a little bigger, I liked the small intimate setting, but there was just too many people there! I think I had like 6 people touching me at practically all times. But it was worth it, definintely goes down in my "top 5" concerts. See ANN?! I told ya it would be great! & I think they were filming it for a dvd! I'm gonna have to buy that when that comes out.
Other than that, I must apologize, I waited too long to update, (sorry ann!) There was a bunch of stuff I was gonna say like 3 weeks ago, such as:
* Going to a mariners game (where they actually won!) & the wonder that is garlic fries & freshly squeezed stadium lemonade! (the best ever!)
* Seeing Batman Begins! which was awesome by the way, better than all 4 preceeding movies. (yeah I said it) the first one was good, but you couldn't tell if it was an origin story or just a little after he started. Yeah this was definitely the best one, especially for being the only one that was true to the comic.
* The bitchiness of cancelled events! SETH MCFARLANE GOT CANCELLED!!! WHY GOD WHY???!!!
but at least thats one less thing I'll have to pay for on the 'ol credit card bill....
* the evilness that is jack in the crack drive thrus & drunken sisters that need food! (long storry- debit card, long line, car window crack, no more debit card, cancel my order!) Huh, I guess it wasn't that long...haha.
Speaking of, Bank of America workers are really nice, I called for a -cough cough- replacement card, & she was really cool about it, & laughed when I said I lost it. Wait, why did she laugh? I guess it did sound like a potentially drunk occurence. haha.
* I ordered (or my sis did to be accurate) "Follow that Bird" that old sesame street movie, it's gonna come soon! I used to love that movie when I was a kid. haha.
Well I was gonna write this long, "basic rules of ettiquette" for eating at subway. But I was too tired to write it, so some other time perhaps. haha. So until next time, I leave 2 snapple facts since it's been so long, the first is not for those with weak stomachs:
Snapple Fact 1: "The average human eats 8 spiders in his/her lifetime while sleeping."
Snapple Fact 2: "In 2003, a 6-year-old from Naples, FL was ticketed for not having a permit for her lemonade stand."*
* Damn you PO PO!
